The school that I go to offers this as an alternative if you cannot get to an actual tutor. I am having some issues with differential equations. At first I did get some help, but I am seeing less and less success with the app. I have family that is sick and don’t always have the ability to be in person for tutoring. I am growing impatient with the lack of help in calculus.

I had 4 credits left and I kept clicking on the button but it would not let and said that the Tutors were not available

When I press the "Ask Now" button to ask a question, the app closes. I have not been able to ask any questions because of this.

You don’t get the sessions you pay for, but It’s a great help, especially with math. I just feel like I be wasting my money on things I don’t have access to.

They take from 10 to 20 minutes to help you with simple, algebra problems that my math teacher explains and five it’s the most ridiculous thing ever and there’s some experts that don’t even know how to solve algebra problems.

The app helps me so much I don’t always have a Tudor or a teacher to show me the details step by step and how to get the answer and the experts are great . Only problem I have is that some 1 out of 10 experts may not know the answer but if they don’t you get your refund til they find someone who does . I strongly recommend this if you need help with math , history, science, and essays , I’m going to keep this app forever!

This app is amazing, I’ve been truly using it for 2 years now & it’s been helping me get through assignments & quizzes, It also works great if you’re pressing for time & an may assignment or quiz is do. The live experts are literally great at what they do, they help you slice & get the correct answers every time.

Helpful for algebra!

When given the option on how exactly you need help, I wish there was an option that says you know how to start but cannot finish on your own

I sent a 5 page essay, explaining the topic, what story it is, and telling them that I need help on it. I waited 2 days to get my results back, the only thing I got is “sadness is not a tone” out of the 5 page essay I needed help on… 2 days just to get that back and that “tutor” probably didn’t read the story… also needed help on some stats homework and I literally got the same responses from these “tutors” even with different questions

The people on here really try their bests to work around what you know and try to help you understand the concepts, I don’t have to pay for it so I have no idea what it’s like when you have it for free since my school provides this app for me. If you’re questioning whether it’s worth your cash or time I would say it is!

PhotoStudy, unlike any other tutoring app, allows students the chance to see their answer(s) at the end instead of just waiting for the student themselves to solve it. This, in many ways, can be beneficial or harmful depending on the usage. However, if there is one thing to complain about, it is the time limit. I have no idea why there is a time limit — making the tutor having to work extra fast with little time to obviously explain and the student just sitting there. There could be some interaction in my opinion, if you’re gonna include a time limit at the very least. But no. The tutors unfortunately sound very much like the bots themselves and if you ask them a question, it does not get answered until all of the CnPed parts are down. Why that matters more than the question at hand is a big concern too. I would like to thank them for allowing me to test the app though! I definitely think you all have potential, it’s just that these little flaws build up this bigger issue.

They take 10 minutes out of your time just for you to get a question wrong and they don’t even solve it correctly. Just use quizlet to get answers or something

never have made a google review but when you literally waste 5$ for one question and he gets it wrong is so stupid?

This app is terrible I don’t think anyone should g we this the bar where it said it will be charged to chat was to small I couldn’t see and when I tried to hit the button it charged make the button bigger !!

The expert didn’t solve the problem within 10min and/or the final solution was incorrect.

The sessions are really great for when you know nothing about the material.

This app has helped me a lot academically, especially in subjects like Physics and Geometry. Whether I know how to solve a problem and just want to double check my answers or have no idea what to do, PhotoStudy has always been there to help in my time of need. The tutors explain more than the teachers at my school and I actually get a better understanding from them. This app is truly a blessing.

A amazing app just one problem if I have unused session points such as I have one session point left from yesterday. why can’t it add to the session points I get daily? Instead it just erase the point or points I have left. Please change this u can make it if you don’t login in the points don’t come in so people are still using it actively.

I have been using this app for almost a year but know I can’t not afford it. A week ago they upgrade the app just to make everything more expensive before I was able to buy 10 sessions Bundle for $19.99 but now it's for $49.99 just insane. They double the price I just recommend looking for another application because this will cost you a lot.

My friend told me about this one and I found it very useful. I asked a question and expert explained it very clear. Will definitely use it again

Don’t get this app. It won’t help you at all unless you pay. There are better apps out there that will help you for free!! Don’t waste your time.

On ONE occasion I was incredibly stressed out because I didn’t understand the assignment. I couldn’t get an expert until an hour before the class. It took 18 sleepless hours trying to get someone to explain the concept. It was a three part word problem and it looked like a lot.

Can you use this app for US history

I was testing out the app so I put in a problem that I already had the answer to. The “expert” gave a totally wrong answer so I called him out. He started arguing with more about how he was correct. I told him the answer was 2 but he started giving a long explanation like we weren’t looking at the same problem. End of story these experts are fake and can’t even answer simple math questions. It’s sad. Shaking my head🤦🏽‍♀️.

If I could give 10 stars I would, this app is extremely underrated. All the experts respond in a timely fashion, and they will elaborate more if you ask. Forget chegg and Photomath. If you want to succeed you should go with PhotoStudy.

Experts took time and explained all the questions i have. They also made sure i got the concepts and could apply the method to similar questions. Highly recommended!

I always have problem with math. It’s like a nightmare to me. But with Got It’s app, things get much easier. I now have the expert to support and explain to me. Keep up the good work!!!

This helped me a lot the recent semester. Their expert source really impressed me by being overall polite and knowledgeable. They often spend time to explain well. TRULY RECOMMEND for anyone struggling with school math or physics. The fee is a bit high for students but using it smartly will make it worth.

Where are the experts? I’m charged 1 session to talk to an expert, but how do I get the sessions? Do you need to pay? Please help

When I put I photo in of chem homework I did show me how to do it. IT IS A SCAM!!!! Every time I put in a problem it brought me right back to were I need a expert! I even tried it one a simple problem such as 1+1 and it still brought right back to the expert! I also tried another problem (1nx)2 dx —— x Again right back to the expert. It will not help you unless you have the expert. Short answer DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!!

I’m fine with the app requesting a session for the tutor. But why can’t I use the chat bot with zero sessions. That doesn’t make much sense at all.

I got the answer to my problem that I was stuck on for hours in 5 minutes. What a relief.

Hi, The feature this app had was just amazing. But it is removed now, the feature was that each device gets 1 free session. That feature was amazing, you guys had it. But u guys just removed it couple of days ago. Please add it back, it was a great way to explore the app. The Microsoft partner site is really slow, PhotoStudy is fast. So please add this feature ASAP again to get one free session per device as you guys did previously I think a week ago. After u sign up on a account, it gives u one free feature. But now it’s not. Please fix it and make it back to old PhotoStudy we love! Microsoft service is not recommended! Too slow! Thank you for your time! Please make these changes fast!

App is helpful, but wish it could cover more topics and also understand charts. It is fast and efficient.

This app is great, however I wish they had tutors for biology. I would literally pay whatever for biology since I’m struggling in that subject. For the app developer: You guys should definitely add tutors for Biology :)

It takes them 30 minutes to realize that they can’t solve your problem. Huge waste of time
