ABSOLUETLY HORRIBLE SERVICE! Dont expect any help...

Hi there,

I am EXTREMELY disappointed. I asked the expert K.A a question to practice for an NCEA internal (very big exams (urgent)). After taking a VERY LONG time she replied saying Im still working on your problem, but if I dont finish within our 10 minute session I will still send the completed explanation within the next 10 minutes. 5 hours later and Im still waiting. If the so-called expert didnt know the answer she could have said so instead of wasting my time and money.
Im really upset. Please get your game together guys- return my money and answer my question!
