Got it has been mostly helpful with assisting me get through two math classes. There are some issues that need to be addressed though. Ten minutes is not enough time for some problems. I have spent a good amount of money using got it and nothing is more frustrating than when I have more questions and I get sent a message saying "your time is up we will send the answer within the next ten minutes". I believe twenty minutes is sufficient time to answer just about all math problems and ask a reasonable amount of questions. Often it takes the experts a long time to write the problem and explanations out. Often I feel like Im just given an answer and not a real chance to ask questions and learn. Another issue I have come across is on several occasions I have been given a wrong answer. On some of these occasions I was refunded my credit. However it caused me to be confused on how to do the problem correctly resulting in getting the problem wrong and on other similar problems as well. Certainly everyone makes mistakes but there were far to many. I believe this goes back to the issue of not having enough time. If there was more time than the experts wouldnt be so rushed so there wouldnt be so many mistakes made. It is very frustrating when I have a problem with a few parts and I am required to ask a new expert for each part. This takes a lot more time and I feel like Im getting ripped of as I have paid a good amount of money and expect to have my question answered with a reasonable amount of parts. It is difficult to contact got it. There needs to be better customer service. I would also like to be able to have a keyboard that allowed the user to write math expressions. It would be helpful when asking the expert questions and a good alternative to taking a picture of the problem which isnt always clear. Overall Im reasonably happy with got it but I would like to see improvements made.

I was having a lot of trouble in math so my friend told me about the new app GotIt! I decided to get it and try it out and it actually really works within 15 seconds you are in a live chat with an expert to help you with your homework.

This was my saving grace to pass math!! So thankful for this!!
